In light of increasing collaboration between UK and China enterprises, this new Award recognises partnerships which have resulted in tangible business success and excellence – with a focus on acknowledging the value and increasing development of JV’s and the investment and purchase of UK companies by Chinese companies.

Judges will be looking for evidence of:
- Demonstrable commercial success and operational effectiveness of the partnership, highlighting synergies, strategic alignment and mutual benefit.
- Instances where Chinese companies have strategically invested in or acquired UK-based businesses, resulting in significant business growth, market expansion, or enhanced capability.
- Commitment to local integration through contribution to the economy, employment creation, skills development or support for local communities.
- Exchange of business or social cultures, practices and approaches between the amalgamated oganisations.
- Evidence of sustained collaboration and commitment to long-term relationship building between British and Chinese partners.
