How will the awards be judged?
Judging is a three-step process, fully audited by KPMG, which eradicates any potential bias from a single judge or panel member. The process is as follows.
Once the entry date closes, all entries are reviewed by independent judging panels – one for each of the nine categories. Each panel shortlists five finalists - all to be announced on the BBA website on 23rd October 2024
The shortlisted finalists are then invited for an interview assessment by their respective judging panels.
A percentage of the award will be determined by an online vote – open to the public. The online votes, accounting for 10% of the candidates’ final scores, are then collated, weighted and added to the judges’ scores - resulting in an overall final score and single winner for each category.
The winners will be revealed at the Gala Dinner hosted in Shanghai on 21st November 2024.
