The Talent Development Award recognises British organisations that demonstrate excellence in attracting, developing and retaining talent in China. The award celebrates organisations that invest in their people through learning, leadership development, skills enhancement and career progression, creating a culture that enables individuals and organisations to succeed.
This award is open to British organisations operating in China across all industry sectors.
Judges will be looking for evidence of:
- A clear and effective approach to attracting, developing and retaining talent in China.
- Investment in learning, professional development, leadership or skills enhancement programmes.
- A workplace culture that supports employee engagement, growth and long-term career development.
- Measurable outcomes demonstrating the impact of talent development initiatives on employees and organisational performance.
